Precautions for precooling of natural gas storage tank - Doer Equipment
1、 Pre cooling operation:
1.1 Start the tank car to pressurize. When the pressure of the tank car rises by about 0.3MPA, open the outlet valve of the tank car and feed liquid into the top of the tank (it is strictly prohibited to feed liquid from the bottom, and the precooling should be carried out slowly). When the pressure of the natural gas storage tank rises to about 01MPA, close the liquid outlet stop valve of the tank car.
1.2 Open the outlet valve of natural gas storage tank] to replace the storage tank and pipeline equipment. After passing through the vaporizer, vent to the pressure regulating skid, and the pressure drops to 0.05MPA (the storage tank pressure shall not be lower than 005MPA, pay attention to the storage tank pressure at any time). Close the vent valve.
1.3. When the concentration of released natural gas reaches the standard, the tank car will be pressurized normally. If the standard is not met, continue to replace.
1.4. When the pressure rises to about 04MPA, open the outlet valve of the tank car to feed liquid from the tank head (it is strictly prohibited to use the bottom to feed liquid, and the precooling should be carried out slowly).
1.5. If the pressure of the natural gas storage tank rises rapidly, it indicates that the precooling is not normal. Repeat steps 2 and 4.
1.6. When the pressure of natural gas storage tank is stable, unload normally.
2、 Precautions for precooling of natural gas storage tank:
2.1. During precooling, the pressure difference between tank car and storage tank is less than 0.3MPA.
2.2 The precooling speed shall be slow to ensure the tank temperature drops steadily.
2.3. It is forbidden to increase the pressure of the storage tank above 05MPA. If any, close the liquid inlet stop valve of the storage tank and open the drain valve for direct venting until the pressure drops to normal.
2.4. It is strictly forbidden for personnel to directly contact with low-temperature pipeline.
2.5. Direct precooling at the bottom of natural gas storage tank is strictly prohibited. Use natural gas storage tank to replace natural gas to replace liquid outlet pipeline, vaporizer, pressure regulating skid and other equipment.
