Description
N2O low-temperature vacuum storage tank for nitrous oxide is a double-layer container composed of inner and outer containers. It is a vacuum powder insulation type, which can be divided into two types: horizontal type and discrete type. The inner container material is 06cr19ni10, the outer container material is 16MnR according to the user's region, and the inner and outer containers are filled with insulation material pearlite and vacuumized.

Insulation method

Nitrous oxide low temperature vacuum storage tank adopts "combined safety system valve", which uses two groups of safety valves to work at the same time. When the safety valve is checked regularly, one side can be closed, and the other side can continue to work, so as to ensure the safe operation of the storage tank.
A pressure gauge, a differential pressure liquid level gauge and a liquid level comparison gauge are set on the upper part of the inner tank, so that the storage capacity and pressure change of the inner tank can be mastered at any time, which is convenient for filling and discharging.
The lower part of the tank is equipped with special tank vacuum detection, vacuum regulation and vacuum valve, which can be used to detect the interlayer vacuum regularly or at any time, so as to ensure the safe operation of the tank.
