Technical advantages of oxygen, nitrogen and argon storage tank in design


Oxygen nitrogen argon cryogenic storage tank is widely used in industrial gas at present. It has special properties of special structural design.


The oxygen, nitrogen and argon cryogenic storage tank is a double-layer fixed vacuum powder insulated storage tank. The most important reason is that its inner tank is made of stainless steel and its outer tank is made of Q235B or 16MnR. In addition, its surface anti-corrosion coating adopts sand blasting, purging, spraying and other processes. At the same time, generally speaking, it adopts two-component rapid curing liquid coating. So that it can be widely used.  


The inner cavity of the low-temperature storage tank shall be cleaned once a year to prevent erosion of the tank wall. Before cleaning, the liquid nitrogen in the tank shall be drained and stored indoors for 2 ~ 3D. After preheating to the room temperature, it shall be washed with neutral washing powder and washed with clean water. The temperature of the cleaning solution and clean water shall not exceed 40 ℃ to prevent overheating from affecting the function of the tank. The times of transportation and cover opening shall be minimized in the low-temperature storage tank. If transportation is required, it must be fixed on the trunk with a rope, kept upright, beware of falling, overturning and lying horizontally, and try to prevent violent vibration.


Low temperature storage tanks are generally used in the industrial gas industry, and the industry of low temperature storage tanks is very extensive. For example, gas is needed in steel mills, chemical industry, petroleum, food, aerospace and so on.
