Process characteristics of air heated gasifier
Air temperature gasifier is a common heat exchange equipment, which can be divided into many types according to different gasification modes. Here is a brief introduction to the process flow characteristics of air heated vaporizer:
The composition structure of air temperature gasifier mainly includes pressure regulating tank, liquid level display, heat exchanger and protection device. Among them, the protection device mainly includes liquid level gauge and anti overflow device. In the pressure regulating box, there are two pressure regulators in series. By setting their outlet pressure, one is the actual pressure and the other is the pressure regulating pressure. Under normal conditions, the actual pressure is lower than the pressure regulating pressure, and the pressure regulator set to the actual pressure works alone. When it fails, the pressure rises and reaches the pressure regulating value, the standby pressure regulator will be started to ensure the stable gas supply of the equipment.
Air heated vaporizer is used in most scenarios. It has the advantages of large heat exchange area, good gasification effect, environmental protection and economy.
