Brief introduction of air heated gasifier and water bath gasifier
At present, there are two kinds of most common vaporizers at home and abroad: air heated vaporizer and water bath vaporizer. For different applications, we should choose different vaporizers to meet the needs of industrial production. What are the main principles and characteristics of the two kinds of vaporizers?
The main principle of air temperature gasifier is to use the temperature of air in the environment to take away the temperature and convert LNG from liquid state to gas state. The advantages are obvious, basically no waste and pollution, no electricity consumption, no steam consumption, and very quiet. The disadvantage is that it covers a large area, and the gasification effect in northern winter is worrying.
The water bath vaporizer is an electric heating water bath vaporizer, the other is a steam water bath vaporizer, and the other is a circulating hot water water bath vaporizer. The liquid gas is converted from liquid state to gas state through 60-70 ℃ heating of water bath gasifier, so that the gas supply is sufficient and the pressure is stable.
