L-CNG gas filling station - Doer Equipment
The LNG compressed natural gas filling station (L-CNG gas filling station), which has just emerged in recent years, takes LNG as the gas source, pressurizes it with a high-pressure liquid pump, and then adds gas to CNG vehicles after gasification. It can also use a low-pressure liquid pump to add gas to LNG vehicles at the same time. Compared with CNG gas filling stations that only use gas compressors to increase the pressure, the high-pressure of L-CNG gas filling stations can be easily achieved through low-temperature pumps. Under the same mass flow rate and compression ratio, the investment, energy consumption and floor area of the cryogenic pump are far less than those of the gas compressor.
Characteristics of L-CNG Gas Station
L-CNG gas filling station pressurizes LNG by high-pressure liquid pump, and then adds gas to CNG vehicles after gasification. It can also use low-pressure liquid pump to add gas to LN G vehicles at the same time. The application effect is very good abroad. And the investment and operation costs are lower than those of CNG gas stations with the same capacity. L-CNG gas station also has the following advantages:
① It is not necessary to lay natural gas pipelines, but only use LN G tankers to carry LNG, saving costs. With the expansion of L-CNG gas station, its additional costs will gradually decrease, creating conditions for the development of natural gas vehicles in areas without pipe network.
② L-CNG gas station does not use high-pressure compressor, instead of low-temperature pump, which greatly reduces the operating cost, investment cost and floor area.
③ Low temperature LNG storage tanks have high storage density per unit volume, less land, and can even be buried underground, playing a safe and thermal insulation role, reducing equipment investment costs. However, ordinary CNG filling stations need huge high-pressure natural gas tanks. This is more obvious than CN G gas station.
Conclusion: LNG vehicles are the development trend of natural gas vehicles. L-CNG gas station, with its high flexibility, can currently refuel CN G vehicles and gradually transition to LNG vehicles.
