Precautions for valve operation of Kuaidao - doer equipment
"Kuaidao" is composed of a carbon steel (or stainless steel) vacuum shell and a pressure vessel placed therein. "Kuaidao" can operate under low pressure to medium pressure according to the actual design requirements. The explosion-proof disc and the compound safety valve can protect "Kuaidao" in the case of excess pressure.
So what should be paid attention to in the valve operation of Kuaidao?
The valve must be opened and closed slowly. It is forbidden to use "F" spanner. If the valve is found frozen, it shall be thawed with clean and oil-free warm water or hot nitrogen before operation.
Note: 1. Any part of the low-temperature storage tank shall not be knocked with a hammer or other objects, and the factory state of the manufacturer must be maintained.
2. The explosion-proof cover on the upper side of the front end of the low-temperature tank shell is an automatic safety device, and it is not allowed to disassemble or skid open.
3. The top and bottom filling valves, booster inlet valves and full measuring valves on the low-temperature storage tank are valves that are often opened and closed during normal liquid loading and unloading. Attention should be paid to their sealing performance. In case of minor leakage, the sealing gasket should be replaced in time.
4. The gas and liquid phase valves and safety relief selector valves of the liquid level gauge are frequently used during normal operation, and their switching sensitivity should be checked frequently. When repairing the differential pressure liquid level meter, close the gas and liquid valves of the differential pressure liquid level meter to avoid accidental overflow of gas and liquid; The safety relief selector valve can be closed when the safety valve is replaced or repaired. However, the valve must be opened during normal use.
