The large liquid ammonia cryogenic liquid full capacity tank adopts double-layer metal wall, flat bottom, inner suspended roof, outer arch roof, vertical cylinder and full containment structure, which is composed of main container, secondary container, bottom insulation, interlayer insulation, ceiling insulation, steel structure on the top of the tank, tower ladder, equipment valve, electrical instrument and foundation platform.
The material selection of main vessel and secondary vessel of the equipment is based on the basic design requirements to be met under the operating conditions of bimetallic full capacity tank. The material of main vessel and secondary vessel of storage tank is 16MnDR steel plate.
The low-temperature pipeline fittings of the equipment are low-temperature liquid-phase and gas-phase pipelines of the equipment (from the top plate to the junction point, including the inlet and outlet pipes for nitrogen purging in interlayer space, etc.), and the materials are low-temperature seamless steel pipes, and the material is Q345E.
The normal temperature pipes and fittings of the equipment are made of carbon steel with the brand of 20#, and the executive standard is seamless steel pipes for fluid transmission (GB / t8163-2018). The fittings are made of 20# brand, and the executive standard is steel butt welded seamless fittings (GB / t12459-2017).
