The system design adopts the local application fire extinguishing method, and the volume method is used for calculation. Assume that the peripheral shape is a box:


Length: 0.355 + 1.5 × 1.5=2.605m


Width: 0.355 + 1.5 × 1.5=2.605m


Height: 1.5 + 1.5 × 1=3 m


The calculated volume of the protected object is 3v1 = 3 × two point six zero five × two point six zero five × 3=61.07m ³


Injection rate: QV = 0.04-0.006 ×( three point one four × zero point three five five × 1.5)/ (2.605 × two point six zero five × 3)


=0.0395


m= 3 × V1 × qv × t=61.07 × zero point zero three nine five × 60=144.7Kg


Dry powder calculation


The total spray strength of dry powder is (61.07 × 0.0395) = 2.41kg/s, 4 local application nozzles are designed for each vent, and the injection intensity of each nozzle is (2.41 / 4 / 2) = 0.301kg/s. According to the type selection report of the dry powder manufacturer, the nozzle with spraying intensity of 0.68 kg / S (0.68 > 0.301) is selected. If the spraying time is 60s, the total spraying amount is 0.68 × four × 60 = 163.2kg, plus 10% margin, and the required dry powder amount is 163.2 × 1.1 = 179.52kg, so zfp250 dry powder fire extinguishing system is selected and filled with 250kg dry powder, which can fully meet the requirements. In this project, zfp500 dry powder fire extinguishing system is selected and filled with 500kg dry powder, which can fully meet the requirements.
