Electric Heating Water Bath Gasifier
This series of gasifiers use high-efficiency electric heating to heat the water in the cylinder and the low-temperature liquid (LO2, LN2, LAR, LNG, lco2, lc2h4, LPG) in the compact heat exchange tube. The advanced water temperature automatic control system is adopted to ensure that the gas outlet temperature meets the design requirements. The equipment does not need personnel on duty, no vibration and noise, and has long service life.
According to the gasification gas or use requirements, LNG, liquid ammonia and other flammable media are made into explosion-proof electric heating gasifier.

Product structure and principle
The main process of the water bath gasifier (heater) is to exchange heat between the low temperature liquid (gas) in the tube side and the heat medium in the shell side, so as to make the gas temperature at the pipe outlet reach the set value.
The medium in the tube side of water bath evaporator or heater is mainly low temperature liquid or gas such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, natural gas, carbon dioxide, liquefied petroleum gas, ethylene, helium, etc. It is mainly used in metallurgy, chemical industry, petrochemical, civil / industrial gas station, mechanical processing, electronics, medicine, military and aerospace industries.
