Analysis on roof prefabrication and tank assembly of LNG atmospheric storage tank
The analysis of roof pre support and tank assembly of LNG atmospheric storage tank is as follows:
1. The top plate shall be prefabricated on the mould, and the verticality and stiffness of the mould column shall meet the design requirements.
2. The reinforcing rib shall be fabricated and installed on the top plate. The radian of the reinforcing rib shall be checked with an arc template, and the gap shall be less than 2mm. After installation, the height difference of any two reinforcing plates at the same latitude shall be less than 4mm, otherwise it shall be corrected with a jack.
3. Temporary reinforcement measures shall be taken during assembly to prevent instability and damage of storage tank caused by strong wind and other natural conditions.
4. Before tank assembly, the sediment, rust, water and oil stain of the groove and lap joint of the object shall be cleaned.
5. When removing the lifting fixture, the base metal shall not be damaged, and the welding scar on the surface of the steel plate shall be polished smoothly. If there is any damage, it shall be repaired according to the specification requirements (it shall not be lower than the base metal after repair)
