Congratulations on the success of one-time liquid feeding of 10000 m3 LNG full capacity storage tank in Xinjiang
On August 16, 2019, the 10000 m3 LNG full capacity tank of Suzhou Doer Xinjiang Xinye project passed the pre cooling and was successfully filled with liquid at one time. After 10 days of performance evaluation, the equipment runs smoothly, and all indicators meet or exceed the design requirements, which indicates that another 10000 cubic LNG full capacity tank of Doer equipment is put into operation smoothly.
The 10000 cubic meter LNG full capacity tank adopts the structure of double containers inside and outside the main container and the secondary container. The main container is filled with low temperature LNG liquid, and the secondary container is filled with evaporated gas and insulation materials. This kind of structure has the advantages of high safety, less land occupation and greatly improved performance compared with conventional single tank.
Using full capacity tank to store LNG liquid is an important way to protect the national economy and people's livelihood. Suzhou Doer gas equipment has been making its own contribution to the large-scale, high-end and intelligent R & D of large-scale low-temperature tanks.
