In the mixed phase and gas phase, 12 pieces of star finned tubes with internal teeth and large spacing are used, which are made of 3A21. The 12 pieces of fins with internal teeth greatly increase the heat exchange area, so that the initially gasified low-temperature liquid can be fully gasified, and it is easier for the gas to quickly rise to close to the ambient temperature.

In terms of gasification capacity: by combining the liquid phase tube technology with 8 pieces of internal teeth and the gas phase tube technology with 12 pieces of internal teeth, the gasification efficiency of the gasifier is 25% - 35% higher than that of the gasifier without this technology. The gasifier with this technology has been fully verified in the natural gas pipeline network project, which ensures that the equipment can be used continuously for 8 hours under the condition of full load. At this time, the outlet temperature is still not less than 10 ℃ of the environment.
